2025 Annual Meeting
The Lake Ridge Estates HOA will host our annual meeting at 7pm on April 9, 2025 at the Chalco Hills NRD Center.
A couple of main topics for the meeting include:

Neighborhood Guidelines
As many of you are aware, the neighborhood covenants have expired. And thus, the HOA board has been reviewing the old covenants and are in the process of drafting “Guidelines” in their place. These guidelines will help to ensure that our neighborhood remains aesthetically pleasing moving forward. Please review the draft copy (below) and provide feedback using the link also listed below. Or you may bring your feedback/comments to the Annual meeting on April 9, 2025. Your feedback and comments will help shape the final version of the Lake Ridge Estates Guidelines.
