HOA BLOCK PARTY

September 20th!

Dear Lake Ridge Estates HOA Neighbors, The Lake Ridge Estates HOA BLOCK PARTY is almost here!

Come rain or shine, we’re excited to see you at our Lake Ridge Estates HOA Block Party on Sunday, September 20th from 3:00 – 6:00 PM!

– Location & Check-In
Please check in at the tent located at the Johnston home, 10853 S. 166th Street, Omaha, 68136 to receive your family’s meal tickets for the food trucks.

– Parking
If driving, please park on the south side of 166th Street and around the corner on Summit Drive. We’d like to keep one side of the street open for those needing access.

– Pets
We kindly ask that furry friends stay home, as not everyone is comfortable around dogs, and we want to ensure a stress-free gathering.

– Food & Friends
· Food trucks will be available on the 166th Street closest to the tent.
· Non-alcoholic drinks provided.
· Yard games + a large tent with tables and chairs for plenty of mingling.
· If you are bringing friends, they are welcome! They can purchase food directly from the food vendors.

– Restrooms
There will be one port-a-potty available in the driveway of the Johnston home.

We can’t wait to see everyone and enjoy an afternoon of food, games, and great conversation with neighbors!

Warm regards,
Lake Ridge Estates HOA Board

Trash/Recycling Collection

Our HOA contract with Papillion Sanitation is for three bins.  The three bins can be any combination of trash and recycling bins, and will still be under the HOA contract.  Pickup of trash bin(s) are each week, and recycling bin(s) are picked up every other week.  (See the schedule below.)

If more bins are required, the homeowner would need to contact Papillion Sanitation directly.  (Additional bins would be under a separate contract between the homeowner and Papillion Sanitation.)

So contact Papillion Sanitation (402-346-7800) if you would like to change the combination of trash and recycling bins and/or need to add additional bins.

For those who check the Papillion Sanitation website, we are a “red” day.  The schedule is listed in the following link if you wish to download it and print it out.
