Our contract with Papillion Sanitation calls for pickup of two trash bins each week and one recycling bin every other week.
Beginning Wednesday, April 2nd then every other Wednesday, they will pick up the recycling. For those who check the Papillion Sanitation website, we are a “red” day. The schedule is listed below in both PDF and image format.
Given that mail theft continues to be a recurring problem in our neighborhood and may occur in the future, the following information will remain posted for your reference.
As an HOA Board, we are here to inform our neighborhood of this issue and what neighbors are able to do about it. Due to the nature of this situation, the HOA Board is not responsible for outcomes related to mail and package theft. The sole responsibility of resolution is between homeowners, the USPS, and the County Sheriff.

If you have been impacted by this, please report theft to the Post Office Federal Inspector at 877.876.2455 immediately.
If you have had credit cards, debit cards, or check information stolen, please file a Sheriff’s report with appropriate details as well.
